I’ve spent the last 20 years pioneering the study of ‘bottom-line mentality’—a tunnel-vision focus on the results that count, which often comes at the expense of everything else. I’m currently at work on a book that translates this research into a guide for driving our achievements without sacrificing our souls along the way.
